Why doesn’t InstaChange fix rates?

Due to volatile nature of cryptocurrency, its exchange rate can change many times within a minute. In order to keep our commissions fair, we do not fix the rate until the transaction is confirmed in blockchain. This is why the final rate may be slightly higher or lower than expected at the end of a transaction.

How does InstaChange work?

InstaChange is integrated with largest cryptocurrency trading platforms. When you are choosing the desired cryptocurrency to purchase, its service bot, named Johnny, will select the best available rate and calculate the estimate at our website. At the moment of order confirmation, InstaChange service bot chooses the best offer and places the order.
The rates remain approximate until the transaction is actually made on the blockchain. The exchange rate at the time of a transaction may differ slightly from the estimated rate that you see when you begin a transaction.

Why do I need to enter my email/phone?

Your email/phone is needed to create an account that gives you access to your transaction history, wallet operations, password editing and other account settings.

What is Crypterium ID?

Crypterium® ID is your single point of entry to all range of Crypterium® services.

What is the 2-factor authentication?

2FA authentication is a method for keeping your account protected. To log in to your InstaChange account after 2FA is activated, you will need a second device with Google Authenticator installed.

How do I delete my account?

You can send the request for account deletion through our Support: support@instachange.net.

Transactions
How do I buy coins or tokens?

Buying coins or tokens is extremely easy:
1. For registered users:
a. Go to InstaChange.co and select the coin/token you would like to buy, type amount in EUR you wish and click BUY NOW button
b. Check the order amount and select the mean of payment
c. If you are not logged in, you will be asked to do so
d. In case of paying with credit card, you will be asked to type in CC details or select the stored one
e. In case of paying via bank transfer we will generate an invoice for the EUR amount you specified. You can easily pay the invoice in your domestic bank
f. After receiving your money, we will fulfill the order:
i. In case of receiving before 2 p.m. CET: this business day
ii. In case of receiving after 2 p.m. CET: next business day
g. Now, the amount of coins/tokens purchased is transferred to your InstaChange wallet
2. For non-registered users:
a. Go to InstaChange.co and select the coin/token you would like to buy, type amount in EUR you wish and click BUY NOW button
b. Check the order amount and select the mean of payment
c. Register
d. In case of paying with credit card
i. You will be asked to type in CC details
ii. Make your payment
e. In case of paying via bank transfer
i. We will generate an invoice for the EUR amount you specified
ii. Pay the invoice in your domestic bank
f. After receiving your money, we will fulfill the order:
i. In case of receiving before 2 p.m. CET: this business day
ii. In case of receiving after 2 p.m. CET: next business day
g. Now, the amount of coins/tokens purchased is transferred to your InstaChange wallet
3. You can check the status of your order in your Transaction history
4. After the transaction has finished, you will get notification as per your notification preferences

What are network fees?

When you send any amount of cryptocurrency in or out of the wallet, the currency goes through a blockchain. This process requires a small fee called a ‘network fee’. The network fee is a commission that a blockchain takes from the amount sent in each currency.

When should I receive my money?

If you pay via bank transfer, normally it takes 3-7 business days for money to arrive at our bank account and we convert them into coin/token you are willing to buy as per our rules (see section “How do I buy coins or tokens?”).
In case of credit card payments (if available) it takes few seconds to process your payment, buy necessary coin/token on a trading platform and then it normally takes 5-30 min to send transaction through the blockchain, depending on the size of your transaction and blockchain capacity.

How do I cancel my transaction?

Unfortunately, blockchain transactions are irreversible. Once a transaction is made (money is sent to a particular wallet address), it cannot be rolled back. So, if you are going to exchange cryptocurrency, be sure to double check all payment details carefully before sending.

Are my wallets secure?

InstaChange wallets are protected in accordance with bank standards of data storage and processing._

How do I create wallets?

You just need to register, and wallets will be created automatically.

What is wallet?

A wallet is a digital place where you store cryptocurrency coins and tokens. A wallet address is a randomly generated combination of digits and letters that is associated with a particular wallet.

What is the maximal/minimal amount?

The minimal amount for all operations is 50 EUR. In accordance with local regulations, InstaChange may apply certain maximal limitations for daily/monthly amounts, which will be explicitly stated at our website at the moment of transaction initiation.

Where are my purchased coins/tokens stored?

The assets you are purchasing are stored in InstaChange wallets and you can access them from InstaChange website.

Bank card payments
Can I use bank cards of another region?

You may pay with a 3D-secure card from any country and in any currency. However, transactions will be billed in EUR.

What currencies does InstaChange accept?

InstaChange for the moment accepts EUR only. Keep subscribed to our news to get know when new currencies are available.

Can I pay with another currency?

You may pay in any currency that will be converted at the rate of USD or EUR.

Can I pay with PayPal?

At this time InstaChange does not accept PayPal.

How does the exchange work?

Exchanging crypto assets between your wallets is extremely easy:
Go to the Transfer page
Select the source wallet and the target wallet
Input amount you would like to exchange or receive
Click on Exchange button
Wait until your transaction is processed or check its status on History page

Limits

You can exchange cryptocurrecies to the amount equivalent $10,000 at a time.

Limits

Unless you have passed identity and residence verification, your transfer limit will be set to 500 EUR.

How do I transfer my crypto out of InstaChange?

Go to page Transfer
Select the source wallet
Input the address of the wallet you would like to transfer your assets to
(warning) Please note that InstaChange does not take any responsibility for the validity of the address you are inputting and in case of a mistake your funds can be transferred to a wrong address or lost
Input the amount of crypto you would like to transfer
Click on Transfer button
You can now monitor the status of your transaction on History page
